Title: All Saint’s Church, Hastings
Description: Built in about 1400, All Saint’s Church was restored in 1870 and features the remains of a Doom painting above the chancel arch, plus a good example of ribbed vaulting in the tower. It was here that Titus Oates was baptised in 1619; he was responsible for the Popish Plot, which brought about a number of persecutions. He was also the curate here for a time.
