Title: Pashley Manor Gardens
Description: The garden dates from the mid-nineteenth century and features rose and shrub beds, moat, ponds, 450 year old oaks and specimen conifers. The house dates from 1550 although a Queen Anne façade was added to the back overlooking the garden in 1720. The Boleyn family owned Pashley Manor in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries and Anne Boleyn is believed to have stayed in an earlier house as a child.
